CAFE DON MANUEL

You will arrive at the finca in a Willys, symbol of the Eje Cafetero and then take the paths used by mule drivers to cross this magnificent central mountain range.
In harvest season, you can collect some cherries before discovering the infrastructures, the traditional processes for extracting coffee beans before drying.
You will end this day with a short cupping session then a tasting of Café Don Manuel.
